How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Open Water Rx program through your patient portal at any time, with no cancellation fees. Orders are nonrefundable once the pharmacy has processed the item. There are no long-term contracts or hidden cancellation penalties.

Is compounded semaglutide legal in Florida?

Yes. Compounded semaglutide is legally prescribed in Florida when an independent licensed medical provider determines it is clinically appropriate for an individual patient. The medication is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Compounded semaglutide is not an FDA-approved finished drug product and is not interchangeable with brand-name products like Ozempic or Wegovy.
