Are there any hidden fees?
No. Open Water Rx offers transparent upfront pricing. The price you see is what you pay for the services included in your plan. There are no surprise charges, no insurance games, and no hidden administrative fees.
What if I am not prescribed medication?
If your provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, no prescription is issued. You only pay for the plan you are enrolled in after provider approval if appropriate. We do not charge for medication that is not prescribed.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Open Water Rx does not accept insurance. Our pricing is designed to be transparent and affordable without the complexity of insurance billing, co-pays, or prior authorizations.
Can I switch programs after starting?
In many cases, yes. Your provider can discuss switching to a different program or formulation if your needs change. Any plan change requires a provider review to ensure clinical appropriateness.
