Open Water Rx offers four distinct clinician-guided program categories designed to address the most common health goals our patients bring to us: meaningful weight management through GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy, energy and longevity support through NAD+ and peptide therapies, discreet men's sexual health solutions, and private women's health care. Every program follows the same foundational principles: independent licensed medical provider review, transparent all-inclusive pricing, no insurance requirement, and ongoing provider support.
GLP-1 Weight Loss Programs represent our most popular service line. Compounded semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist, and tirzepatide, a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, are prescription medications that have demonstrated significant efficacy in clinical trials with FDA-approved formulations. Compounded versions have not been evaluated in the same clinical trials. Through Open Water Rx, eligible patients receive an independent licensed provider review, a personalized prescription when clinically appropriate, medication shipped discreetly from a licensed compounding pharmacy, and ongoing provider follow-up. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for cellular energy production and DNA repair. Sermorelin injections and orals support recovery, sleep, and healthy aging. These programs are prescribed only when an independent licensed provider determines there is a valid individual clinical reason. Longevity options include NAD+ nasal spray at $112 for a one-month supply, oral Sermorelin at $149, and injectable Sermorelin at $169. Additional strengths and supply terms have their own published prices.
Men's Health Programs provide discreet, clinician-reviewed options for men's sexual health. Multiple formulation options are available including Quattro Sublingual, sildenafil tablets, and tadalafil tablets. All men's health patients must be 21 years or older and complete a full health evaluation reviewed by an independent licensed provider. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. Men's health options at $39. Every aspect of the program — from intake to delivery — is handled with complete privacy and discretion.
Women's Health Programs cover menopause care and sexual wellness for eligible adult women, delivered through Surfbound Health — the consumer telehealth brand also operated by Open Water Rx LLC. Velora is a compounded estradiol and progesterone cream at $249 per 45 g pump (about a 90-day supply). Olympus, also known as Desira, is a compounded sublingual sexual-wellness option starting at $75 for a 5-tablet supply. There are no appointments to schedule, no waiting rooms to sit in, and no time off work required.
Once the evaluation is submitted, an independent licensed medical provider reviews the patient's complete health profile asynchronously. This means the provider carefully examines all submitted information and makes a clinical determination without the patient needing to be present in real-time. In most states, the provider can issue a prescription directly through our platform if treatment is clinically appropriate. The prescription is then transmitted to one of our licensed compounding pharmacy partners, which prepares the medication according to the provider's specifications and ships it discreetly to the patient's door.
