Open Water Rx serves patients across the United States where permitted. Availability varies by state, treatment pathway, provider availability, and state-specific requirements. Some states have additional requirements before a prescription can be issued.
Mississippi patients: live video visit required
Mississippi state law requires a synchronous (live video) visit with your licensed provider before any prescription can be issued. After completing your intake, you will be required to schedule and complete a brief video visit with your provider. This is a state-specific requirement and is not optional. Prescriptions are issued only after this visit is completed and your provider determines that treatment is clinically appropriate for your individual health profile. Additional time may be required before your first prescription.
Other states may also require a synchronous initial visit depending on current telehealth regulations. You will be notified clearly if this applies to your state after your intake is submitted.

Every program includes independent licensed medical provider review, transparent all-inclusive pricing, and ongoing support. No insurance is required for any program.
Weight Loss Programs are our most popular option and are designed for adults with a BMI of 27 or higher who are seeking medically guided weight management. Our standard GLP-1 programs feature compounded semaglutide starting at $249 per month or compounded tirzepatide starting at $339 per month. Both medications have demonstrated significant efficacy in clinical trials with FDA-approved formulations. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated in the same trials. These programs include comprehensive provider review, medication shipped discreetly if prescribed, and ongoing async support throughout your treatment journey.
Personalized Dosing Programs are ideal for patients who prefer a gentler introduction to GLP-1 therapy or who have experienced side effects with standard starting doses in the past. These programs begin with lower initial doses and follow a provider-guided titration schedule, allowing your body to adapt gradually while still delivering meaningful results. Personalized dosing starts at $179 per month and includes the same comprehensive clinical support as our standard programs.
Longevity and Energy Programs focus on cellular health, metabolic support, and healthy aging through NAD+ therapy, peptide treatments, and B12 MIC injections. These programs are designed for adults who want to proactively support their energy levels, recovery capacity, and long-term cellular health. Longevity programs start at $149 per month and are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines clinical appropriateness based on your individual health profile.
Men's Health Programs provide discreet, clinician-reviewed options for men's sexual health. Multiple formulation options are available, and all programs maintain complete privacy from intake through delivery. Men's health options start from $99. Patients must be 21 or older and complete a full health evaluation reviewed by an independent licensed provider. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate.

Can I switch programs after enrolling?
Yes. If your provider determines that a different program would be more clinically appropriate, you can switch at any time. Your provider will guide this decision.
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?
No referral is required. Open Water Rx operates on a direct-to-patient model. However, we encourage you to inform your primary care provider about any new medications.
How long does the intake take?
The online health evaluation takes approximately 5 minutes. Provider review typically occurs within 24 to 48 hours, though some cases may take longer.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No. All Open Water Rx programs are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with 72 hours notice before your billing date.
What if I don't qualify?
If your provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication. Some program fees may apply for the provider review itself.
